Gil,
Thank you, it is an honor for the members of the Kentucky League of Licensed
Investigators, to present to you Gil Alba, the Ken Beach Award. This award
is given in recognition for your years of sacrifice and dedication, helping
families who have missing loved ones, and for your many services to the
community. The first award was presented to Ken Beach's family, for Ken's
many years of dedication to the private investigation profession, until his
untimely death in 2006.
We are also pleased to present this award to you, as the first private
investigator recipient, in what we know will be a long list of deserving
private investigators, for years to come.
